Creating a simple, nice website based on another website, several language versions

As in the title, I am looking for someone to create a simple product page (5-6 simple subpages), rather without major changes in the future, the page will be a showcase of a short series of cosmetics, the page will be modeled on another. I have photos that are to be on the website, If the cooperation is smooth, there will be two more orders (a store for these cosmetics and refreshing another page on wordpress)
