Creating a personal brand - Website, FB fanpage, IG, LinkedIn

I would like to implement my new business idea, which will be based solely on my person and therefore needs to promote my personal brand.

Therefore, I am looking for an advertising agency or person who:

- Will help me develop my idea and put everything together

- Will create a simple website for me (advise me on what kind of photos for the site I should take)

- Will create a fanpage on FB and a profile on Instagram ( so that the branding is compatible with the website)

- Will set up a profile on LinkedIn

- Will create a graphic/background for my ig/FB posts with my signature - so that I can easily upload my text onto this graphic/background.

Additional hints on how to develop your personal brand are also welcome :-)
