Create sleep mode screen

We have a product that controls internet access based on parental controls. We need a sleep mode screen that will appear when the user attempts to use the internet after bed time.

We want the screen to display a personalize message from the parent and the imagery to be fun, happy and animated. It should be suitable for a young child.

The screen should work on all major platforms (PC, Mac, Tablet, Mobile, etc).
