Create an editable interior SketchUp model from architectural plans

I am looking for an experienced SketchUp modeller to create an accurate and fully editable 3D model of a residential interior based on architectural drawings.

The model will be used for planning the interior design, furniture layout, finishes and built-in elements. Exterior details and roof modelling are not required.

The model should include:

internal and external walls relevant to the interior;

correct room dimensions and wall thicknesses;

floor and ceiling levels;

doors and windows in the correct locations and dimensions;

stairs, if applicable;

columns, structural elements, shafts and visible installations shown on the plans;

window sills, recesses and other permanent interior architectural elements;

correctly organised groups, components and tags;

clean geometry suitable for further editing in SketchUp.

The required deliverable is a native editable .skp file. The model should be properly organised and should not consist of merged or unstructured geometry.

Furniture, kitchen units, bathroom fittings, decorative elements, materials and photorealistic renders are not required at this stage unless quoted separately.
