Copying a site put up on WordPress and modifying some elements

Hi, I am the owner of https://hireplace.it/. I would like to copy this site to http://hireplace.pl/ (which I also own) and change some things:

1. modifying the logo- changing the color of the sigil from the logo to green (removing the ending it)

2. changing the color scheme of the entire site and subpages from blue to green

3. change of some graphics

4. change to Polish language (mainly buttons, because I change the rest myself)

5. change of job categories https://hireplace.it/job-offers/ (changing graphics)
