Construction of the Language Site for the Language Center

Language Center currently has an old website built on WordPress. Due to the company's growth, the plan is to either expand the WordPress-based site or build an HTML site from scratch (not on WordPress) depending on the skill of the builder. The new site should be modern, allowing smooth transition between tabs, smooth "zoom out/in" on the pasted map, and should have a form for clients to fill out whose output will be sent to a specific email (and preferably be pasted into a google sheet each time as a new line).

We need a person with relatively good website building skills, but also, most importantly, with experience in building a website for a particular client in terms of user experience. The contractor will receive a full list of requirements as to what must be on the site and what color scheme should be used, while the finishing and design should be proposed by the contractor, after prior consultation. The site should be created by the end of May 2024.
