Commissioning a system in Laravel

We will be commissioning a system in Laravel, please give me an approximate quote based on the information below and state your experience working with Laravel. I would also ask you to tell me based on what hourly rate is the total amount given.

The system must have:

- Ability to register users and store personal information, including name and address

- Two-step login to secure customer data

- Generation of a unique customer number and barcode for printing

- Support for electronic payments for services

- Integration with API to retrieve results for the user and provide basic data (ID number) to the user

- Generation of labels for inPost parcel machines

- Simple service order form

- Communication of the customer with the consultant via chat
