It doesn't matter if it works, fulfills funckca, is not problematic for a layman to operate current, graphics I can have my own but I would be happy to know the price offer without and with the creation of graphics. This is not going to be some OLX just a local portal in a small town where these properties are 120-200 max, rather is to serve as a stage of the sales funnel.

Required functions:

Site features: -possibility for a user to list a product - user login, user registration, user notifications and the ability for users to ask questions/send messages/ by users -products: categories and subcategories, sorting, adding photos, price, product editing - the possibility in the future for users to make payments for listing properties for sale - the possibility of offering additional services from the owner of the site -advertising banners for sponsors - and whatever else a professional deems appropriate in this topic, I am flexible and do not know everything :)
