Chrome extension - Auto refresh tab

I need an extension that will automatically refresh an open tab.

Plugin requirements:

- Auto refresh only at a specific web address e.g. ( www.allegro.pl/koszyk )

- Automatic refresh only when the page is loaded i.e. if the page is loading then the automatic refresh must wait for the page to load.

- Ability to set the delay time after loading the page to refresh in seconds 1-5

- Refresh must work only on one tab without affecting other open tabs with the same web address (i.e. two tabs are loading, 3rd loaded = refresh only 3rd tab).

- Refresh must resend the form
