(a) development of the structural design of the roof reconstruction, including
- rim design
- roof truss design taking into account the weight of photovoltaics and the increased roof slope account
- design of chimney outlets
- design of attic adaptation of 130m2
- addition of roof windows (6 pcs )
- redesigning gutters for increased roof slope
- addition of rainwater tanks
- redesign of lightning protection system
b) redesign of balconies (6pcs) and addition of 3 balconies
(c) redesign of the terrace addition
(d) redesign of balcony windows to full windows
(e) redesign of windows
