I am looking for a team that is able to undertake the complex creation of a service on which registered users from a specific target group will be able to make transactions between themselves. The order includes the preparation of a fully functional service with administrator panel (with the ability to give this permission to multiple users), the development of technical documentation and transferring the full rights to the contracting entity.

FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE SELLER

- setting up a profile in which specific data are indicated

- profile edition

- adding references from outside the portal for verification by the portal and publication

- browsing through the clients' announcements

- searching ads (including by distance from the indicated postal code)

- contact with customers in the form of sending a request/offer/response to customer search

- a tool for seller-buyer communication, with the possibility of audio/video chat

- concluding a contract with the customer (the customer specifies predefined elements in the contract, and the seller must approve them)

- end of the contract

- choice of the form of cooperation - the contract directly with the customer, or through the portal

- simulation of the settlement structure depending on the selected form of contract

- possibility of daily reporting to the client of the activities performed (activity log) (items based on information from the concluded contract + space for notes/remarks)

- calendar for order management (vendor sets his availability)

- collection of receivables from the customer (in a deposit on the portal released after approval of the work by the customer)

- receiving references at the end of the contract or on request

- entering a dispute into a contract - portal mediation

- issuing a feedback/reference to the customer

- video/audio contact with the client during the contract period

I have no problem with the portal being based on ready-made templates or graphic solutions. I do not have any graphic designers, please include in the pricing the variant with the development of graphics and graphics supplied on request, according to the guidelines. The selection criteria will be price, completion time, available references and proposed maintenance service.
