Description

I will commission the development of a Public Information Bulletin (BIP) system. I accept solutions only in PHP or TypeScript.

Requirements:

- Support for multiple clients, each with their own account to manage the bulletin.

- Intuitive administration panel to manage bulletin content.

- WCAG 2.1 (AA level) compliance and accessibility features.

- Advanced content search engine.

- Archive functionality for old documents.

- Ability to integrate with external systems.

- High level of security and regular backups.

- Responsiveness, providing convenient access from different devices.

- Reporting and statistics module for visits and user activity.

- E-mail or SMS notification system for new content or updates.
