Backend Developer

We are looking for backend developer possibility to grow as co-founder

TheKeel is building a system that learns how work flows in time and detects when it starts to break down. Instead of analyzing outcomes, we model sequences of actions and time between them — and identify moments when patterns become unstable. We’re at an early stage — building the core engine from scratch. We’re looking for a backend engineer who will help build the data and system layer behind this — from event ingestion to real-time processing and APIs. This is a hands-on role where you shape how the system actually works.

What You’ll Work On

• Building pipelines for event-based data (logs, sequences, timestamps)

• Designing backend services that process streams of actions over time

• Structuring data for downstream AI / sequence models

• Creating simple, reliable APIs for accessing model outputs

• Working on system architecture — focused on clarity, not overengineering

• Setting up basic infrastructure (cloud, containers, deployments)
