Automating google sheets from emails

Need to create automation (e.g. through zapier) for google sheets.

The automation is to combine the email received (daily at a certain time) and match based on the text with the corresponding column and row in the google sheets.

As an example: on the screen we see, for example, Gorczewska 1, Gorczewska 2, etc. along with the dates

in the email, there would be a similar table with the name of Gorczewska 1 and a number matched to a specific date (or, for example, only a day ahead)

Automation would have to link the number from the email to the appropriate date and the appropriate address
