Automate emails after product purchase. Checking the performance of payments.

I need a person to make me from scratch send emails that would send right back to the customer after a purchase (in addition to the ones currently sent about making a purchase). The emails contain several attachments and I would like them to be visually nice as well (with my own logo). One email would be sent immediately after the purchase (fixed attachments), and the other would be sent within a week (variable attachments, tailored to the customer). The emails would have to be readable on both computers and mobile devices.

I would like to have Blue Media payments checked to make sure everything is working so I can move forward with the website and store 100%.
