I will commission the design of a standard house up to 50 -150m2, it can be for an application to speed up and reduce design costs.
It can be a ready project for adaptation. Plot of land 2000m2 with MPZP. I care about the timing of the application and the conduct of the entire procedure by the architect/designer in the District Office as my proxy....
Asking for offers with :
- price for the set ( including representation in the starosty) and delivery of the final decision / consent / notification
- deadline for starting work and submission of the project
