I will commission a form that collects textual information from the user, which can then be read as orders and then generated in PDF as a printable file, specifically in envelope format.
There must also be an option to generate multiple orders into a single PDF file, so that such orders can be printed in bulk.
The form should be able to be embedded within an online store based on CMS prestashop 1.7, or it can function as a separate part, but the style of the front end must relate to the store.
