Application listing automotive / car parts on Allegro. Fits to the vehicle

I need a web application, script or program that will list car parts on Allegro. Possibly an add-on to baselinker. An important feature would be to auto-complete the "fits vehicle" parameter.

That is: make, model, capacity, horsepower, vintage, and additional details with some vehicles.

And other parameters like OEM no., replacements, etc. and technical specifications.

I'm interested in one of two possible ways the application can work:

1) Automatically downloading a sample part from Allegro productization (api) along with its parameters, and then re-listing it (adding it to Allegro productization) as a product of a different brand. That is, changing two of its parameters, the product brand, e.g. from X to Y, and the part index from X001, e.g. to Y001A. The rest remains unchanged.

2) Alternatively, I can provide such a database, and there these parameters will be changed.
