Job description
We need an app for Teams on the phone, although a computer version would be good to have too. We are moving and have 4 underground parking spaces in our new place, and 6 a piece further away, on another street. We need to have easy access to information about who is in the spot, the underground one, on any given day, and whether there is a vacancy. Every employee uses Teams, so we want to check there and also report there that this and that car will be in a particular spot today. The usual calendar seems inflexible, it's not just about vacations, but also home office, business trips, visits with clients. Sometimes this car is all day, sometimes only part of the day. A bot function that would inform about the status for a given moment would be desirable.
