I would like to ask for a quote + implementation time for the following application

The app would bring together a certain group of people, divided into Group A and B. Group A would have its members who would create their profiles with their description. Group A would have at its disposal a virtual calendar with the possibility of setting the so-called "slot" time, which members of group B will be able to redeem (via BLIK or transfer, etc.). In addition, Group B members would be able to add reviews for Group A members on a standard stars+comments basis. Group A members will be able to connect with group B member(s) via written and video chat at a properly set calendar time.

In addition, group A will have the ability to create posts on a general wall that group B will have access to.
