Hello,
I am looking for a contractor who would be able to create a mobile application with a panel on the server, which will send PUSH notifications to phones that install this application. I would like such puffs to be:
- classic push
- picture
- website preview
And here I admit that I do not know the subject, but can PUSHes be sent without a firebase? Only straight from the server? (if "I'm writing a fool" I am asking for understanding)
There is also an option that I will buy the application from codecanyon, but you have to decompile it and change the google map api, icon, and small things and compile it so that you can put it in the google store.
