Animation and editing reels for the musician

I am looking for an editor with simple animation skills to create elegant reels based on provided materials and references for a fairly permanent cooperation.

About 10 reels per month. A combination of good visual taste that awareness of trends tiktok/instagram is required. a love of old animation from the 50-70s will be a big plus.
