I am looking for a contractor to create a mobile/web application for HR with functions for managing recruitment, workflow and internal communication. The application should allow for creating and editing job offers, reviewing candidates' applications, managing their profiles and integrating with external recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl) and ATS systems. Also needed are functions for scheduling work schedules, tracking attendance (e.g., via geolocation or QR codes), managing employee data and generating reports on team effectiveness and performance.
