I need an android application that will run constantly in the background (even when the screen is locked) and wait for a print request from its own print queue.

The device presented in the appendix has a built-in printer that connects to the device via the bluetooth module (the printer and the terminal are built together, but communicate with each other only using the bluetooth module). Create an android application that will accept the print request from its own print queue (web application created by the web developer) and print it using a printer built into the device.
