## About us

We are a rental management company based in Krakow, managing apartments on behalf of property owners (short-term and long-term rentals). Our knowledge base, operational procedures, and data are currently kept in Google Drive and Google Sheets, and we are migrating to Airtable to support our operations at scale.

## Scope of work

We are looking for an Airtable consultant to help us with the following:

1. Data migration from Google Sheets to Airtable — including restructuring of the source data into a clean, normalized schema suitable for ongoing operational use.

2. Integration with external booking systems — automate the pulling of data from third-party booking platforms into Airtable.

3. Operational workflow tools built in Airtable - maintenance tracking, cleaning schedule...

## Availability

- Available to start immediately

- Daily availability throughout the engagement

## Engagement model

- Content and business questions are directed to management when needed

- Technical questions are directed to the technical contact

- Billed at an agreed hourly or daily rate

## What we want in your response

Please include:

2. Two or three examples of comparable Airtable engagements — ideally involving interfaces, automations, data migration, and external integrations
