I am looking for a programmer to run and configure an artificial intelligence API environment, such as Anthropic Claude 3 OPUS 200K or Claude 3.5 SONNET, on my laptop. In addition, I need to create a simple user interface that will allow me to use the API without having to write code every time.

Requirements:

Setting up and running the API on the local environment.

Creating a simple user interface (e.g., using Python and libraries such as Flask or Tkinter) that will allow me to easily enter prompts and receive responses from the AI.

Automate the process so that interaction with the API is limited to just typing commands in a user-friendly interface.
