Adoption application

Hi behind the scenes of the non-profit unit there was an idea for a simple application where after answering a few questions an interested adopter will receive a result of several silhouettes of pets for adoption. We have at our disposal a graphic designer, people for office work - we need a professional who will allow us to launch the application - with the help of artificial intelligence or after consultation (for which we will pay - he will persuade us of the idea) As befits a non-profit, we can not zaref a supremely large salary. What we have:

- a record for dogs of about 400 pets (category age, sex and size)

- a person to update the data

- a graphic designer willing to work

- about 20 people per month interested in adoption
