UGC Specialist/ Manager

Overview: The Mission

At 99 STR, our creative is our most powerful scaling mechanism, and User-Generated Content (UGC) is the fuel. We aren't just looking for a manager; we are seeking a UGC Community Manager—the operator who will engineer the machine that turns raw creator ideas into high-converting assets at scale.

You are the process mastermind. Your mission is to establish, optimize, and maintain a hyper-efficient, repeatable UGC production pipeline that feeds our performance marketing engine. You will eliminate bottlenecks, enforce speed, and ensure every piece of content hits our rigorous quality and performance standards.

This role requires a unique balance: a process fanatic who lives in any project management tools (Asana, Clickup, Lark), and a creative collaborator who empowers designers and manages a roster of creators. You will be the force multiplier for our performance creative output.

Core Objectives: Operational Excellence

This role demands ownership and relentless optimization. Your success is defined by speed, consistency, and the sheer volume of high-quality, high-converting UGC produced.

- Own the Production Pipeline (End-to-End): Drive the entire lifecycle of UGC content, from receiving the strategic brief to asset delivery and post-analysis integration. You ensure nothing falls through the cracks and speed is maximized at every phase.

- Engineer the Workflow: Implement, manage, and continuously optimize our project management systems (e.g., Asana/ClickUp). Your goal is to create a fully transparent workflow that tracks time, progress, and performance metrics across all projects.

- Standardize and Scale: Build repeatable, high-efficiency templates, SOPs, and systems for content creation. You must turn bespoke processes into an industrial-grade operation to handle exponential scaling.

- Performance Metrics & Cadence: Diligently track project KPIs—timelines, task completion rates, and especially time spent per asset. Use this data to identify friction points and implement actionable workflow
