UGC Content Coordinator — Panda Drum (Full-Time, Remote)

We're Panda Drum (pandadrum.com) — the world's largest DTC steel tongue drum brand with 200,000+ customers worldwide. We're a performance marketing company that sells a wellness product. Our ads drive everything, and our UGC content is the engine behind them.
We're looking for a Content Coordinator to manage our UGC creator network (70+ active creators, all US-based), own the production pipeline end-to-end, and ensure we're consistently producing high-converting content at volume.
What you'll do:
— Manage and communicate with 30+ UGC creators daily: onboarding, briefing, revisions, feedback, contracts, payments
— Write and adapt UGC briefs based on winning ad angles and creative strategy direction from the team
— Conduct independent research: customer reviews, competitor ads, trending formats — and bring ideas to the table
— Build and maintain SOPs for the entire UGC pipeline: sourcing, onboarding, briefing, QC, delivery
— Coordinate revisions relentlessly — not stopping until the content meets our quality bar
— Track deliverables, deadlines, and creator performance across the roster
What we need:
— Experience managing UGC creators or influencer networks at scale (not 5 creators, 50+)
— Fluent written English — you'll be communicating with US-based creators daily
— Organized, disciplined, and persistent — this role is high-volume, high-touchpoint
— Creative eye — you need to understand what makes content convert, not just manage a spreadsheet
— Comfortable working across time zones — some responses needed outside standard hours
— Self-starter who builds systems, not someone who waits to be told what to do
Nice to have:
— Background in direct-response advertising or performance marketing
— Experience with Meta ads, TikTok content, or DTC ecommerce
— Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and project management tools
