Test Task - Creative Operations Assistant Application

The task reflects a real use case from our daily work and helps both sides see if the collaboration is a good fit.

Test Task – Overview

You will receive:

• An existing product label (old version)

• A new label in canva version (design direction & layout)

• Existing product texts (raw, not optimised)

• Ingredient list (INCI)

Your task:

1. Rewrite the provided product texts so they fit the tone, length and style of the new label design, please also add the short descriptions in the other languages in the same style as they are in the sample label

2. Select and prioritize the most relevant information for a cosmetic packaging label according to the sample label

3. Insert the INCI list correctly and professionally

4. Adapt the label to the new format/layout (based on the mockup provided). Highlight those information that would have to be adopted but you are missing the information for it in red

Important:

• Do NOT redesign the brand or layout, adopt it where necessary only

• Focus on clarity, structure, tone of voice and correctness

• The result should be print-ready (layout level, not final print proof)

Deliverables:

• 1 adapted label (in canva)

Time expectation: approx. 1.5–2 hours

Compensation for the test task: 35 Euro

Timing

Ideally, within 3–5 days after receiving the materials.
