We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and evolution of our core web application platform. You will lead initiatives that span the entire stack — from a React.js and Next.js front-end to a NestJS service layer — ensuring scalability, resilience, and developer velocity across teams.

As a technical leader, you will set architectural direction, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for building high-performance, maintainable systems. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful features and guide the long-term technical roadmap.
