Description:

I’m looking for a professional who can use Artificial Intelligence to effectively reach investors and support the sale of several properties, including 15 ha of land in Kudowa-Zdrój (Pstrążna), located directly next to an asphalt road opposite the local open-air museum.

Responsibilities:

Creating high-quality AI-optimized listings (PL/EN/DE)

Reaching international investors (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, China, Ukraine)

Running advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Building automated lead-generation systems (chatbots, funnels, email automation)

Building investor contact lists and outreach sequences

Market research and competitive analysis

Requirements:

Experience with AI in marketing or sales automation

Creativity and independence

Experience with international real estate investors is an advantage
