We are looking for experienced software engineers to help candidates prepare for technical and behavioral interviews with leading technology companies across the U.S. and Europe.

The ideal consultant will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in software engineering, system design, backend development, cloud technologies, AI/ML, data engineering, or full-stack development. You will conduct mock interviews, provide detailed feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and help candidates improve their interview performance.

Required Responsibilities

Conduct realistic mock interviews covering behavioral, technical, and system design topics.

Evaluate candidate responses and provide actionable feedback.

Assess coding, architecture, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Develop personalized preparation plans based on candidate strengths and weaknesses.

Help candidates improve confidence, interview structure, and technical storytelling.

Stay current with modern interview processes used by technology companies.

Excellent spoken and written English. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
