SDR/BDR – AI Voice Agents · Remote

NEXAV is a Dutch AI voice agent company. Our AI answers business phone calls instantly, 24/7, and Polish businesses are adopting it fast. We're looking for freelance SDR/BDR agents: your role is outreach and lead warming/qualification only, then you hand off to a dedicated closer for demo, negotiation, and closing.

What you'll do: prospect via LinkedIn, email, and referrals; warm and qualify leads (confirmed budget, authority, need, timeline, plus practical details like call volume and integration needs); register leads; hand off to your assigned closer.

How you're rewarded: fully performance-based, tied directly to the clients you bring in, with earnings continuing for as long as those clients stay active. No cap on what you can earn. Exact terms discussed during the intro conversation.

We provide: onboarding guide, demo line, sales materials, a dedicated closer to work with, hands-on support.

Requirements: strong outbound/communication skills, fluent Polish preferred (not strictly required if lead quality is strong), self-employed or willing to register.
