Product Analyst / Technical Writer – CRM Specification for AI-Driven Logistics Platform (Laravel/Python)

Description

We are a technology-driven company with over 9 years of experience building a Laravel-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS). We’re now expanding into AI-enabled CRM, manufacturing, and smartphone refurbishment operations.

We are looking for a Product Analyst or Technical Specification Writer who can help us write detailed product requirements and workflows for a custom CRM system, integrated with:

- Our existing Laravel-based WMS/OMS/MES

- AI microservices for predictive analytics (in Python)

- Marketing tools like Netcore for automated campaigns

Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CRM use cases and business goals

• - Document functional and technical specifications for developers

• - Map workflows between WMS/OMS/CRM and external tools like Netcore

• - Recommend best practices for CRM and AI-driven automation

• - Define modules such as customer profiles, buying behavior prediction, lead scoring, and follow-up workflows

Requirements

• - Proven experience writing specs for CRM, ERP, or logistics systems

• - Understanding of Laravel or Python-based backends

• - Familiarity with AI/ML integration in business workflows is a big plus

• - Strong skills in documenting APIs, data flows, user roles, and workflows

• - Experience with marketing tools like Netcore, MoEngage, or similar (preferred)

Deliverables

• - Functional specification document (CRM modules, roles, workflows)

• - Technical flowcharts / data diagrams

• - Integration plans with WMS, AI APIs, and Netcore

• - Optional: UI wireframes or screen mockups
