Premium Brand Identity, Packaging & E-commerce Product Image Designer Needed

We are launching a new, premium private label e-commerce brand targeted at the European market (specifically Poland). We are looking for a highly skilled multidisciplinary designer or a small agency to build our visual identity from the ground up and prepare our product listings for top-tier conversions on platforms like Allegro and Amazon.

This is a physical product brand, so experience with print-ready packaging and e-commerce conversion optimisation is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Proven portfolio featuring physical product packaging and e-commerce listing design (Amazon/Allegro).

Strong understanding of e-commerce buyer psychology—your designs must not only look good but be optimized to sell.

Ability to create photorealistic 3D renders from factory reference photos is a massive plus.

Excellent communication skills and strict adherence to deadlines.

Bonus: Experience designing for the European market or familiarity with European packaging standards.
