Part-Time Social Media Manager (Remote – Poland)

The role

We’re looking for a self-managed, detail-oriented social media manager to handle posting, captions, and scheduling across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.


This is a calm, premium brand — not hype-driven or gimmicky.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across IG, LinkedIn & Facebook

• Write clean, professional English captions

• Repurpose content intelligently across platforms

• Create basic Canva visuals (carousels, announcements)

• Maintain a weekly content calendar

• Ensure brand tone remains luxury, discreet, and consistent

What this role does not include

• Paid advertising

• Influencer outreach

• Heavy video editing

• Strategy decks or rebrands


Requirements

• Strong written English

• Experience managing social media for premium or international brands

• Canva experience

• Ability to self-manage and hit deadlines

Contract & Pay

• Paid trial month

• PLN-based hourly rate

• Monthly invoicing
