We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build a custom Chat Support System for our company.

The system will be used internally by our support team and externally by website visitors and clients. It must be scalable, secure, and built with clean architecture to allow future expansion (multi-tenant support, AI integration, WhatsApp integration, etc.).

The platform should include real-time messaging, user management, conversation tracking, and an admin dashboard.

We prefer a developer with strong experience in building SaaS platforms and real-time systems.

Preferred stack: • Backend: Node.js (NestJS preferred) or similar structured framework • Frontend: React / Next.js • Database: PostgreSQL • WebSocket implementation for real-time communication • Clean modular architecture The system should be production-ready, scalable, and well-documented. We already have: • VPS server • Domain • Deployment environment • Clear system architecture vision
