We are building a modern web application and looking for talented developers to join a small, focused team (2–10 people). The project involves developing and refining a scalable platform using React/Next.js on the front end and Python/Django on the back end, with AI-powered features integrated into the product.

You will work on building clean, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces, developing robust APIs, and integrating AI capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT-based features) to enhance user experience. The focus is on delivering a well-structured, maintainable product—not overengineering.
