Meta Ads Specialist

Remote Part-Time Position | 10–20 Hours per Week | $10–$25 USD per Hour

The Opportunity

Growth Wing Studios is a growing real estate company seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

We need someone who understands how to generate qualified real estate leads and convert paid traffic into genuine inquiries and booked appointments—not someone who simply launches campaigns and waits for instructions.

This is a long-term contractor position requiring approximately 2–4 hours per working day. The schedule is flexible, but campaigns must be monitored consistently.

Your Main Objective

Your primary goal will be to generate more qualified real estate leads while controlling acquisition costs and identifying profitable opportunities to scale.

You will be responsible for:

Planning and executing Meta advertising strategies

Launching lead-generation campaigns for real estate services

Monitoring campaigns and making timely optimization decisions

Testing audiences, locations, creatives, ad copy, offers, and lead forms

Improving lead quality while reducing CPL and CPA

Determining when to scale, pause, restructure, or replace campaigns

Reviewing the full customer journey from ad click to inquiry or appointment

Installing and maintaining Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking

Checking that leads are correctly delivered to our CRM or sales team

Providing clear reports with results, observations, and recommended actions

Communicating creative and campaign requirements to our internal team

What Success Looks Like

A successful candidate will be able to:

Generate consistent and qualified real estate leads

Explain why campaign performance has improved or declined

Make decisions based on data rather than assumptions

Identify problems before they waste a significant amount of budget

Develop new testing ideas without waiting for detailed instructions

Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality

Connect advertising performance with appointments
