Description

We're looking for someone to help with a new online project focused on relationships, dating and human connection, primarily for women.

The role involves researching where relevant conversations are happening online — initially Reddit, and later YouTube, TikTok, Quora, newsletters and other online communities.

What you'll do:

Find relevant online communities, channels and creators

Build organized research databases

Track audience size, engagement, topics, location and public contact information

Identify particularly active discussions and users

Contact community owners/creators about potential collaborations

Track outreach, responses and follow-ups

We're looking for someone who is very comfortable researching online, understands social media/Reddit, has strong English and is naturally curious.

An interest in relationships, dating and human behavior is a plus.

We'll start with a 10–20 hour paid trial, with the opportunity for substantial ongoing work if it's a good fit.

A few questions:

1) How familiar are you with Reddit? How often do you use it, and what types of communities do you follow?

2) Have you done online research or built databases/lists before? Briefly describe what you did.

3) If you had to find 100 active online communities where women discuss dating and relationships, how would you approach it?

4) Outside of work, do you follow any content about relationships, dating, attraction or sexuality? If yes, what kind?
