Title: Poland Accounting & Payroll Compliance Specialist – wFirma

EJAmerica Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Poland-based accounting and payroll specialist to support our local statutory compliance.

We use wFirma for full accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and reporting. Our internal bookkeeper will handle routine activities, including entering invoices and expenses, maintaining records and preparing payroll inputs. We need a local Polish specialist to review the work, oversee compliance and handle filings or processes requiring local expertise.

Scope of work:

• Review and correctly configure our wFirma account

• Review bookkeeping and payroll records periodically

• Prepare, review and/or submit VAT, JPK, CIT, PIT and ZUS filings

• Review payroll calculations and Polish employment compliance

• Support employee onboarding, termination, leave and social-insurance matters

• Prepare annual CIT returns and other required tax filings

• Prepare and file annual financial statements

• Advise on KSeF implementation and compliance

• Monitor important statutory deadlines and regulatory changes

• Assist with Polish tax-office and ZUS communications when required

• Provide advice on unusual transactions or compliance questions

• Fewer than 10 employees

• Low-to-moderate transaction volume

• Internal bookkeeping support available

• wFirma already selected and being configured

• Communication should be available in English

Required experience:

• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting, payroll, CIT, VAT, PIT and ZUS

• Practical experience with full accounting for a Polish sp. z o.o.

• Hands-on experience using wFirma

• Experience preparing Polish annual financial statements and statutory filings

• Ability to communicate clearly in English

• Reliable, detail-oriented and responsive
