AI Social Media Setup for branded coffee e-commerce

We run half-price.coffee, a multilingual coffee shop selling practical coffee deals like 3+1, 5+1, 10+3 and similar bundle offers.

We are not trying to look like a giant corporation. We want social media that feels friendly, local, simple and trustworthy.

We already have:

a working website

12 language versions

an existing Facebook page

successful test Facebook ads

SiteGround account with AI tools

clear brand direction

Now we need one smart freelancer to help us set up the social media system properly.

This is not a big agency job.

We are looking for someone who used to manage social media manually, but now knows how to do it faster and smarter with AI.

What we need now: Stage 1 only

For now, we do not want ads.

We do not want a big marketing strategy document.

We do not want endless meetings, analysis or concepts.

We want a simple working prototype setup.

The goal is:

Set up Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn so AI can help us create and manage local-looking content quickly, cheaply and safely.

You will receive access to our SiteGround account and social media accounts.

The setup should be easy enough that after your work, we can continue using it ourselves with AI help.

What you will help us set up

Stage 1 should include:

connect SiteGround AI tools to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

check our existing Facebook page

help decide the simplest page structure for the beginning

check if Facebook Global Pages are possible for us

if Global Pages are not possible, set up the simplest smart fallback

create or prepare the first local social pages/accounts only where it makes sense

prepare the AI workflow for creating posts

prepare simple prompt templates we can reuse

prepare simple local-style content for first test markets

make sure posts do not sound like obvious AI translation

create a small first batch of ready-to-use posts
