Implementation of analytics (Matomo) for affiliate site

I am looking for a person to implement analytics for an affiliate site. Preferred tool is Matomo, but I am open to other suggestions. The main goal: to track clicks on outbound links (directing to external sites) and quickly see which channel (organic or paid) contributed to that click. In addition to implementing analytics, I would like to ask you to bundle it with Cookiebot (or another suggested tool).

The site on Wordpress, I use GTM.
