Wordpress implementation - from scratch or modifications

Hi,

I am looking for an implementer comfortable with Wordpress and the most common configurations in terms of e-commerce for a long-term cooperation. The possibility of long-term cooperation is important to me.

Optional: implementation knowledge regarding PrestaShop and/or Magenta is welcome.

Constant communication is required, signaling in advance when the graphic designer is busy. Preferably on an hourly basis, with an approximate estimation of the necessary amount of time per project.
