WordPress Developer for Optimization

I need an experienced developer to optimize the speed of WordPress website. Traveler theme we are using and an integrated API to fetch hotels. when we search hotels, it takes 25 seconds to load hotels result page and I need to increase its load speed to 3 to 5 seconds.
