Job description
I will commission a module to integrate Woocommerce Subscription module with Membership. On our store we sell both membership subscription (automatically downloaded payments from the account) and prepaid membership (payment in advance). Unfortunately, our customers don't quite manage to understand the difference, and often having a subscription they buy the same product in a prepaid version or vice versa. The purpose of the module will be:
1) in the case of having a subscription and buying a prepaid version, to change the date of the next payment on automatic subscription
2) in the case of having a prepaid version and plugging in a card so that the date of the next payment also changes.
Currently we have both plans plugged into 1 subscription, but unfortunately in both cases it does not work. We need integration, because our customers mix their purchases and this is problematic for them, and we want to make it easier for them so that they don't have to think about whether to plug the card in permanently or add a "prepaid" option.
We do not insist on our solution but on the idea itself - we need to have the option of plugging the card into automatic payment in Woocommerce (Stripe), the option to purchase for a prepaid period (payment in advance) and, regardless of the sub/prepaid option we have, the ability to EXPECT additional periods, e.g. during promotions.
