Website for online language school (read before accepting)

I will commission a simple website for my English language school enBARK (it is a startup).

The student buys a weekly / monthly subscription (say 9.99 PLN per week, or 30 PLN per month) and has unlimited access to previously posted educational content (but there is copy protection on the site ). The site should be intuitive and easy to navigate - its color scheme is mainly white and black (black tabs when hovered over), and has some bright (also white / black) illustrations.

The buttons on the site should be like this : ABOUT US PRICES (This is where you can buy a subscription) LESSONS (if the student is not logged in then he/she will be shown only 3 trial lessons : one basic level, second : intermediate, third : advanced) and LOG IN (if he/she does not have an account then he/she can register, after which he/she is asked about the type of subscription and has to make a payment to a paypal account)
