Website clothes creator

We are looking for a person or company who will create an interactive clothes creator for us, in which you can rotate a T-shirt (in 3D) or another part of clothing, change its color, size of elements, color of elements, patterns, enlarge and reduce elements, move etc. Etc. Please describe what technology will be used in a given project. Of course, this is a Web application. Here is an example of what's going on:

However, we would not like it to be done in Flash because it is already avoided. If it is possible to do this in JavaScript fully functional then of course it will be a great solution. We'll settle the salary after the initial conversation and getting to know the details.
