Job description
I will establish permanent cooperation with an architect of web systems, platforms, etc. or a developer whose primary task would be to select the appropriate technology, infrastructure and language for the platform under construction.
Phase 1 of this assignment consists of:
1. getting acquainted with the description of the operation and requirements of the platform under construction
2. recognizing the programming possibilities or the use of existing solutions
3. proposing the best language or environment in which this platform should be made
4. preparing implementation steps and technical requirements for programmers
If you are familiar with C++, KDE, Java environment and NASA World Wind, Zoom Earth, Google Earth, Marble services as well as Github repositories (open source) I invite you to cooperate.
If you know of other interesting solutions that can further streamline the whole process, all the more welcome to make an offer.
